Why I love Jaiku.

by navsimpson / April 10, 2007 1:38 PM PDT

I am sooo impressed with Jaiku. Part of this may have to do with the fact that I'm turning into a bit of a neat freak but, to me, it really has that "why didn't someone think of this before" feel to it.

For those yet to hear, Jaiku is essentially a combination of Twitter and an RSS aggregator for one's own feeds. So, if you keep a blog and post to Flickr and and use, Jaiku posts all of those feeds in one, neat place, tracking everything you update. Ultimately, it keeps everything you do/post online in one place - it's sort of an organiser for your online life. And, of course, you can post short little blurbs or thoughts a la Twitter - although it also accepts Twitter feeds, so you may not even need to!

For anyone who has a few different Web 2.0 sites on the go at once, I highly highly recommend it, and hope it stays around for a while.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
