Why I can't update to WIN10

I have made an appointment of windows 10, but the system always said there has no suitable version, and unable to update. Why?

- What's your current OS? is it legal and activated?
- What program in the 'system" says exactly what and when?
- Did you try to download the .iso-file and run setup from there? What happens?

Maybe it's legal? It was installed by HP after-sales.
The program said I should wait for the update and it will let me know after 7.29.
I'll have a try to download.... Sad

Make sure your system is eligible for free upgrade

Only specific versions of Windows are eligible for the free upgrade to Windows 10, including genuine versions of Windows 7 (Starter, Home, Professional, and Ultimate) and Windows 8.1 (Phone, regular, Pro, and Pro for Students). If you are running Windows 7, be sure you have installed SP1. Windows 8 users have to upgrade to Windows 8.1 Update. In both cases, install all the latest mandatory updates and reboot your computer.
