Why doesn't the HT-D7100/XU Play Blu-ray?

by morrisemsaber / January 15, 2012 8:50 PM PST

I had a HT-D7100/XU (already returned it), an after setting it up and fully upgraded the firmware.Guess what?

Didn't play blu-rays.
Kept on saying the disk is dirty or check the manual for supported formats...

Well they blu-ray zone of this item was B and the blue-rays I had where all zone B at least.
