Question

Why doesn't finder work?

Oct 12, 2014 8:38PM PDT

Hello,
I have a Macbook Pro (mid 2012) that i've just recently downgraded from Yosemite(i know, terrible choice to install it in the first place) to Mountain Lion with the help of a usb stick. It worked, but now I have problems with finder that wont open(even though I've restarted it several times), which means I cant open any maps(nothing happens when i click the icon either). I also have problems installing new updates and some programs like evernote crashes at launch. I've tried to used the disk utility program but it doesn't help.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

That's a beta.

https://appleseed.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/ shows that's a beta so best to leave that to those that can live with broken bits.

I'd go back to a released OS X unless you can live with things that may go bump in the night.
