Why Doesn't "Find My Friends" App Notify Me Anymore?

I think it was since the iOS7 update I do not receive notifications when someone leaves or arrives at a location I set anymore, where as before it worked perfectly. Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone know a fix?

Make sure you have Location Services turned on

and/or
disable FMF, Hard Reset your device, (Home and Power button simultaneously)
Power up again
Enable FMF
