Do you mean at CNET's Download.com?
If so, try a different way. Instead of clicking the Download Now button, look for the "Direct Download" either inside that button or just below it.
If that fails, please provide a link to the product description page so we can try it.

I have attempted several times to download RAR password breaker. Every time I try I get to the second page and it freezes, no matter what button I select.
