1.) What is the problem?
2.) Why didn't you return it to Radio hack the next day if it was bad from day 1?
3.) Have you requested a replacement from Palm, and if so, what did they say?

I bought a zire 31 last Nov. $99 radio shack. Since day 1 it has been a lemon. a tech support nightmare. palm unresponsive, wont help. bury head in sand. stuck with zire 31 that does not work. anyone know anyone high up in palm-land? the chairmen? CEO? need help ...
