I bought a zire 31 last Nov. $99 radio shack. Since day 1 it has been a lemon. a tech support nightmare. palm unresponsive, wont help. bury head in sand. stuck with zire 31 that does not work. anyone know anyone high up in palm-land? the chairmen? CEO? need help ...

1.) What is the problem?
2.) Why didn't you return it to Radio hack the next day if it was bad from day 1?
3.) Have you requested a replacement from Palm, and if so, what did they say?

Right now all of the details are missing.

While we can discuss what the issues are, why didn't you ask for your money back at Radio Shack?

Mind you I return lemons but I'm never upset with the person I'm dealing with. You must be nice to them or they won't do it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
