Question

why does my time zone not work???

Feb 3, 2015 5:43AM PST

I have had a galaxy tab 4 since Christmas and not a single bit of bother from it until now. When i try and access the Internet my tablet will not let me as my time on my device is set wrong. So i go to set the time correctly but it won't let me do this. Instead my tablet like to stay at greenwich mean time, (which is not what i want). As a result of this my tablet is rendered useless so any advice except resetting the device as I've already done this and it didn't work would come in very useful. Thank you

Where is that tablet located? If it is in the UK, it makes some sense it thinks it should show Greenwich time. But then it's not clear why you want another time zone. And what date and time does it show now?

And it's the Chrome browser on the tablet that refuses to visit any site? What error messages do you get if, for example, you visit www.wikipedia.com?
