you gave about your computer and the version of OS X that you are using.
My guess is that you have a laptop which has a trackpad and the trackpad is configured to send a double click whenever you tap it.
The trackpad sensitivity is set so that the lightest touch causes it to trigger a double click, which launches an app or opens a page or activates a link.
Take a look at System Preferences > TrackPad and either turn off the tap feature or lower the sensitivity.
Of course, I could be completely wrong and you just have an itchy finger on the mouse.

Whenever I scroll over ANYthing, it opens it. I have to be so careful where I put my cursor, or it will open a page, redirect me, open a link, etc...I can't find the answer to this problem anywhere! Please help me disable auto click, or whatever is making my cursor automatically open everything! Thank you...
