Why does Mozilla Firefox freeze while watching youtube vids?

I am using windows 8 and I just started having problems playing youtube videos on Mozilla Firefox this afternoon. While I am trying to watch a video, the browser hangs and doesn't respond unless I open task manager. I wasn't having this issue earlier this week, and I have tried cleaning out my internet cache with Ccleaner, and I have checked to make sure my flash player is up to date. any help would be appreciated.

Why does Mozilla Firefox freeze while watching youtube vids?

Sometimes Video loads slowly depending on your network speed subscription from your network provider.

The Refresh feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.
