In the USA it's 1800SAMSUNG
I have Samsung's CMR (Clear Motion Rate) 120 turned on that can give me a higher framerate effect, which I happen to enjoy in ways. The problem is, when I use netflix on ps3, the movies still look slow 24fps even if the setting from my tv is "on" from the HDTV settings menu on my TV remote. Other PS3 apps like YouTube and Crackle utilize the motion interpolation aka LED Clear Motion setting properly when it's turned on. I don't understand how the PS3 or Netflix can mess with my HDTV settings when they are separate devices and different settings. It's not like my PS3 can somehow change my TV settings even if they weren't changed or appear to be, especially when the motion setting is turned to "On" still, or can they? I know for a fact that motion interpolation is taking place when I read on samsung's website that CMR has that feature and especially on other apps like YouTube and Crackle that use it, because I notice the higher framerate, weird artifacts, and frame twitch/glitches/stuttering when the motion feature is in play.
Netflix has awesome 1080p content, and I really wanted to view those movies at higher framerates.
