Why do I loose my post and to be shot back on the forums?

?after key commands?

"Robe, LOST IN SPACE"?Does not compute!

Anyone out there know why when I do a close quote command on a Mac after "Robe, LOST IN SPACE", (Command/Option/left Bracket) I loose my post and screen from CNET!???

Drives me up a wall when this happens. Lucky tonight to get it back with the forward arrow > on this screen (About 4 or 5 times.)
Usually I loose my total post. Maybe after a dozen times with this happening I am just trying new ways to get back to my post.
I hate to retype my post. Tonight for the first time it worked.

Anyone smart out there to advise me on this continuing problem!?
I never knew there were command keys to get you backward to a post.
Anyone know of other key commands on CNET??
Command Z does not work to return me to my Submit-post.
Wonder if the engineers know how to do this?

Anyone want to give it a try? Mac platform. Open quote: Command/left bracket ( [ ). Close quote: Command/Option/left bracket ( [ ).

Try it on a PC to see if you loose your Submit post with the equivalent of PC commands for open and closed smart quotes.
(Curly or true quote marks, verses inch marks.)
There must be key commands for navigating the CNET Forum.
I was just unfortunate to find ONE move!
Have fun trying. There has to be more.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
