By any chance did you buy it for this reason and is it overclocked? If so, do you experience the same if you return it to normal operation?
Okay so I have a relatively new computer (7.6 base score on windows 7 specs below) and recently I have been getting this sort of blue screen. It has blue and black vertical strips and I am unable to do anything except shutdown my computer. Sometimes this happens as soon as I log in, sometimes it happens hours after I've been using it, but it is futile. As far as I can tell it doesn't happen in safe mode and I'm not 100% sure if the computer needs to be connected to the internet for it to occur. I've been having some other issues too. Sometimes when I turn my computer on and login some programs are inaccessible (such as Chrome Beta but I suspect that is just a Chrome problem as I have been having problems with it since download). My most recent oddity was when I started booting (before bios installed) it said that my RAID 0 drive had failed. When I logged in explorer.exe failed to execute and My Computer wouldn't open. Couldn't Run anything so I restarted and everything was fine until the blue screen of annoyance. I fear it's a virus, but haven't found anything using Norton 360 (trial?) or maybe a corrupt registry, but neither Advanced SystemCare Pro nor the program from SpeedTest.net was able to find anything wrong.
