Why did they get rid of the Video tab...?

by Jasmes / April 26, 2006 11:57 PM PDT

Why is the little "Video" tab on the CNET site gone? It was nice being able to click over there for some random video edutainment.

1) Even I respond to the "I wanna see you" video by saying "I wanna see YOU shut up" So I feel your pain. PLus they cut off the opening line, which was "I'm Tom Merritt from CNET and they want me to tell you how great CNET is, but they pay me for that, I wanna see YOU..."

2)They took away the video tab in order to make the site simpler. At least that's what I heard.

I found it really hard to find anything via the video page, for example, you could watch weekend project video's out of order and stuff.

Like the rest if the world, i am always swearing at tom when he comes on! It's soo annoying that intro you do tom!

I know it's not your fault but when it precedes almost ever video in a play list grr!

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
