Why CPU Perfomance is getting 100%

Jul 21, 2007 6:57AM PDT

Hello Hope all of u will be fine and healthy
I have Pentium 4 with 1.7 GH celeron processor. From last 7 days almost, the system is showing 100% CPU perfomance, even then when the system just starts and no program runs even. when i check the processes, the I get that the System process (or service) is getting upto 97 percent of CPU. I have reinstalled the windows. Also my hard disk has no bad sectors. I have scanned all viruses with Updated Norton anti virus, online Panda anti virus scanning and bitdefender anti virus. But no vain. What the hell I must do or what u think about this trouble. Any suggestion please

Could be heat,hardware,infection.

Do you have TREND MICRO,if not try it,but first disable your other AV.

Try AVG ANTISPYWARE

Scan in safe mode.
