Re: bookmarks

Bookmarks can be backed up and imported again after a reinstall. See

Things to try before reinstalling:
1. Make a new shortcut to the program. Does that work?
2. Run it directly from Windows Explorer. What happens?
3. Try the 2 above things in a new Windows account. What happens?

After you try Kees' ideas.

I would head to NINITE.COM and check off the CHROME checkbox and let this update your chrome. Could fix it.

Besides this I wonder if you rebooted your computer since that advice still works far too often.

Well if you are using your Google

account your bookmarks are stored online with you account. We experienced issues here at my work with Chrome and it's updates. Chrome has been doing alot of updates recently blocking older technologies. My work had issues with Chrome updates recently and manual fixes were issued by our help desk. I checked Chrome this am and those problem seem to be fixed as im updated to the most current release 79.0.3904.87
