1. Firewalls in routers are a common issue. I've lost count how many times I turn that off.
2. It appears there is something down or not working on the Samsung servers. Call them and ask for status.

hi,
i bought a 32 inch smart tv last week, i have connected the tv to the internet succesfully via wireless connection.
when i go to the smart hub to use the default apps on screen (eg samsung apps kids etc) i click on an app and on the top right hand corner i have "CONNECTING" on all the time and nothing happens.
can you help me out on this, how can i use the apps and browse the internet on my smart tv.
