Question

Why can't i open recovery mode on my phone?

I forgot the password for my mobile (Galaxy C5) so i intended to hard reset it from the recovery mode but it didnt open and the screen showed
Custom binary blocked by FRP.
SECURE FAIL: RECOVERY
Hcan i resolve this issue?

I read a few at https://www.google.com/search?q=Custom+binary+blocked+by+FRP.+SECURE+FAIL%3A+RECOVERY and came away I have nothing new to offer here.

That is, if what's already discussed fails, you have to take it back to the shop.
