You claim it's a new computer so use the warranty to have them fix this.

As noted.

I don't see what's up from that level of detail. If all solutions from the net and 6 techs can't fix it I have to write that it's a bum PC. Or a really bad install.

There was an incident last month where the OS was "cracked" and as such updates would never install. The client didn't want to pay for a licensed OS so that's the last we saw of that PC.

Annoying and expensive experience!

If these are from the same supplier

You could be a victim of them doing the same bad install or setup.

Sorry but the details are unlikely to show up here so given what you did share you have a clear warranty issue with the supplier.

Remember you claim the internet and 6 techs can't fix it. And you haven't revealed enough clues that I would write "it's that." There is no single cause or cure for this issue but since it's new to you, you have an exit.

Any reason why you are going with such an old machine and OS? At the office we hurried up and moved to W10 to avoid the end of the end.

Take that PC with you to where you bought it and let them show it works with them.
