Sorry about your confusing experience.
CNET customer support log in is different than your CNET registered log in. I know, I know, very confusing.
They are trying to change that to have one sign in, unfortunately it's taking a bit longer than expected.
Please create a new log in for CNET's customer support and you should be able to email them.

CNet is confusing me.
I don't understand why I can't log on to the "customer help Center". I can't get any e-mail support. I guess you could say I'm very confused. If there's a moderator or somebody can help me I would appreciate it.
