If you are copying a PrintScreen into Microsoft Word then it is saved as a document, not as an image. You may be able to crop the image from within Word itself, but I am doubtful.
It is best to paste a PrintScreen into an image editor. Any will do, and Windows' own Paint is as good as any. Then save that image in whatever image format you want. You can then crop as you wish.
The 'crop' section is greyed out, I tried using google picasa on another persons suggestion, but for some reason the picture cannot be opened with it, yet other pictures can.
I got the picture by printscreen and saving it as a picture from Microsoft Word. Unfortunately, after cropping and saving the image on Word the picture is saved un-cropped. any suggestions on how I can crop it and save it at the same time?
