Why all think that free sites are better than paid sites?

Is the free sites can convert my Pdf files which contains Image.
I also try Zamzar which is the best free document convert sites but it not convert the file correctly.

If you don't have the money to pay for something done, you choose the best free one, even if it isn't perfect.

If you do have the money to pay for it, and a paid site is better, then you use the paid one. If the paid site isn't better than the free site, however, you pay while there is no real added value.

I don't remember that "all think free sites are better than paid sites". In fact, I don't remember anybody thinking so. Can you explain why you think that all think so?
