The Coalition for Fair Lumber Imports, which has been leading the charge against Canadian softwood lumber for nearly three decades, held out the spectre of continuing with a legal challenge of the NAFTA process even if there is a deal.

When you know that the other party is ready to start legal action even if the deal is signed?
