Why Adobe Reader X (10.0.0) generates an error?

by francisiname / June 12, 2015 4:44 AM PDT

When I open a PDF file with Adobe Reader X (10.0.0) from the network, it crashes with error: “there was an error opening this document. The denial of access.” What could be the problem? How can I recover my file?

1. Use Windows Explorer to copy the file from the network to a folder on your own PC.
2. Open it with Adobe Reader.
What happens in these 2 steps?

Try to un-install it and install again. Maybe something error while you try to install the software. I had the same problem too last week but after I installed the software again it works for me. Hope this help and you can recover your files.
