What material is used in Iphone Chip? Gallium arsenide or Silicon carbide?

I heard Xin xiang produce GaAs wafer. Did anyone buy from them? What about the quality?

Answer
I have to ask why you asked.

Since the base technology is working quite well, why did you ask?

And you can google this so this question comes across to me as SPAM.

I'm afraid few of our members do buy Gallium arsenide or Silicon carbide wafers; we're a consumer oriented forum.

So I think you asked in the wrong forum. Why do you need them?

I know chip manufacturing but not specifics to Apple.

And Apple over the years has used a variety of chip manufacturing. Even the iPhone over the years has changed. Plus there are a few chips in there so there may be more than one answer for each chip. Some chips are multisourced and may not be the same.

That brings me back to why you asked. Tell why and maybe we can go about this another way.

We have a dozen or so iPhone models and the chips inside include more than a processor.
