Who are the best E-Tailers?

by rahseanj / June 27, 2005 4:25 AM PDT

I am in the market for a 50" plasma and have noticed that everything on the internet is in some cases almost 20% cheaper than walking into Bestbuy or CircuitCity. I'd like to take advantage of these savings but I'm very worried about fraud and find it difficult to rely on the consumer ratings let on cnet.com. I've been told that a lot of the venders post there own positive comments. I'm also very turned off by the war stories I read about in some of the ratings. Some people say they have waited months for merchandise to arrive. Who are really the best places to buy from?

I like Dell, I got an account for a computer purchase, now its easy to just buy with that account. When I search for a product I find their prices are as good as any reputable business.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
