I just went through an aggravating discussion with a Rep... The usual
unplug this and do this and that... And after there long diagnostics
they said its normal wear and tear.... R U KIDDING ME............ Normal
wear and tear for a DLP tv is the bulb going bad not the DLP chip... I
even explained that its all over CNET about this problem and they blew
it off... ANY Rep here that can help? He told me to got to the website
and fill out a service thingy which I did... Ticket # is 4112941324 and
my chat ID # LTK5640330134X.... Anyone can help...

I could not tell. And believe or not, DMD chips will wear out. At some point all the makers will call it and we'll be paying for repairs. That some point may be now from the looks of things.

Sorry but I have no pull on this one. I hope someday to run into my Samsung contacts and ask about how to get access to the chips and craft a DIY web page. But if I do that you bet I will not use my real name. Consumers tend to be in flames about this and if it doesn't fix it, they may want to drag me into court!

I think the facebook thing is only staffed during M-F during some 9-5 shift.

I know, I know. Folk today want service as fast or faster than a coffee vending machine.

I am patient I dont have to get it fixed today, I just hope they will cover the cost, what its a month before xmas and I cant afford to be paying all this money to fix a tv... And besides I have 2 TV's in my house I am not like these people who need a tv in the bathroom, kitchen, the other bathrooms and all the bedrooms...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
