Did you get your Transaction number, country and such and try the method folk here are finding that leads to (sometimes) a one time free repair?
The dreaded white dots have shown up and increasing by numbers every couple of days. Before the dots i had no idea the potential problems with Samsung products and DLP TVs. I contacted the customer service, but they basically told me that, due to expiration of warranty, it is my problem. Along with this TV, i have two DVRs, camera, notebook, and printer. Unless Samsung makes this right, my family and I will not not purchase any more Samsung products. It really feels like finding a friend lying to you all thru your friendship.
