White Dots Help

I have contacted Samsung through phone, and facebook and I am not receiving any help. They say my model is not included but as I see I am not the only one with this model number with problems. Please what can I do to get some help. TV model number is HLT5687sx/xaa. We have already stuck 200.00 into this tv to have a mother board replaced that I see had a class action lawsuit against it but was never notified about it so we can't claim anything on that now. Would at least like to get the dots fixed just send me the part and I will fix it myself...
