Question

White dots all over my screen! Multiplying daily.

I have white "snow" dots all over my screen. there are black dots as well. How do I get them off or get it repaired? It is out of warranty but sounds like a samsung defect. Model #HL-T5075SX/XAA

Call it in and see if Samsung will offer the labor only repair. Both cost about the same.

Problem Fixed!

Thank you, Samsung! I knew this was the right product to own. Samsung stood behind their product and for that, I will continue to a be a loyal customer. I can't say how impressed I was with how quick the problem was taken care of!
