I called Samsung customer service a couple months ago and found out that my model #HLT5076SX/XAA did not qualify to be fixed like the previous model. The more I think about it the more this frustrates me. My tv is experiencing the same problems as the sets that were covered. I have heard people on here have had success with Samsung. Can someone offer advice on how to get Samsung to listen?
