Hi Matt,
I looked up the ticket information you provided. I see you spoke to two people yesterday about this issue, and I further see they gave you the correct information. You can contact an authorized service center to perform any needed repairs. Because you are out of warranty, you would be responsible for the cost of any such repairs. If you would like to receive quotes on service/labor from an Authorized Service Center near you, please visit http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location

I need help. I have the white dot issue on my DLP TV. After researching, I've learned that there was a recall. I was never notified. I'd appreciate your help to escalate my claim. Transaction 1109285937. I've been told that my model does not qualify (HTL-6156), but there are several posts all over the internet. I need your help and expect you to stand behind your product, which you now recognize contains a defective component. I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Matt
