Question

White dot issue please help

Someone please help me on my issue....Okay, so, I have read from many of these posts there are a lot of people
that have the same problem as me with the white dot issue on the tv
screen. I called 1-800-SAMSUNG and spoke the a rep. name Ricky. He
stated to me that the model number that I have is not covered for free. I
had advised him that there was a lot of people on this site with the
same model number that has gotten there tv fixed with no charge....SO
WHATS THE DEAL on why he told me mine is not covered. Ricky the rep just
gave me a third party person to call, and that third party person is
going to charge me an arm and leg to fix the problem... What is it that I
need to do to get my tv fixed where I don't have to come out of my own
pocket to get it fixed, due to samsug hardware malfunction that is not
my fault. Well, someone please let me know what it is that I need to do
to get this situation taken care of.. Who is it that I need to call or

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
