What exactly do you want to know that isn't being mentioned in the user manual that came with your new LCD?
Kees
I shaw in samsung that all series from 7 and up has the wiselink pro,
my tv has wiselink (not pro), and i want to know why this happens, when
samsung says that from series 7 and up has wiselink pro.
That's much clearer indeed.
Now where did you see (link please) that says it 'should' have Pro and why do you think (link?) that it doesn't have?
Kees
No my tv does not play video from usb stick's.
In practice, i put a usb stick with movie and
nothing happened.
I tried to speak here in Greece with the support
center and they don't know anything about this.
DOES play mp3's from the USB-stick and DOES show jpeg-pictures from the USB-stick, but it does NOT play video's the same way?
- What does the manual say about it?
- http://www.samsung.com/nl/consumer/learningresources/tv/mediasolution/wiselinkpro_usersguide.html shows the list of file types supported by the pro version. What file type do you want to play?
If it doesn't play video (and you do exactly as the manual says) and it does play mp3 and pictures, then something is wrong with the TV. Luckily, as long as it's new you have warranty so they should fix it.
Best of luck.
Kees
Dear Kees, my tv plays photos and mp3's.
The manual reffer for wiselink(not pro).
My question was from the beginning why
has the plain wiselink and not the pro,
when samsung reffer that wiselink pro
is in 7 series model and up.
I asked support center here and they
cannot answer me.(they don't know why)
1. See if Mr. Samsung (who gives most replies here) knows.
2. Return the TV if it doesn't live up to its specs. That's surely a warranty issue.
Kees
Thanks Kees
How can i find Mr.Samsung?
How can i forward the messages to Mr.Samsung?
Thanks Again
