Which Web Design & hosting service is best for me?

I'm looking at starting up a little e-commerce buisness. With these components:

1) A free area with news feeds that people can subscribe for free. I should be able to do this fairly simply using a blog/rss feed system.

2) A storefront where people can purchase doc pdf and ppt files. Ideally they make their payment through Paypal and then recieve a unique link or the file via e-mail. I have NO IDEA how to go about this part. I understand paypal and the e-commerce connection, but what about triggering an automatic e-mail that delivers the purchased product?

3)I don't need anything fancy as far as site design. I am horrible at designing my own site (I do not have an eye for beauty or ease of use!) so I just want a clean template where the above parts can work together.

So, what hosts would you recommend and what should I make sure they offer (besides the basics of 99.9% uptime, ect)? If this has already been answered in the above posts, just point me to them, I couldn't find anything.

Thanks for your help!

Ok, I've done some more research and came across Payloadz. It seems pretty straight forward. Any thoughts or other recommendations?

Some Options

You have many options that you can choose from:

1st - You can pay a webmaster $250 to $5000 to build you a web site and allow them to host it.

2nd - You can go to a site like and find a web host that comes with sitebuilder software and you can build your own site.

3rd - You can choose any of the hosts listed at the web site above and use a free website builder software like wordpress to build your site... This is an easy way to build a quality looking website.
