Which Video Mp3 player should I Purchase

I need an Mp3 player that:
1)Under the $250 price range
2)Has video capability to watch short cartoons
3)Not too big (about the size of the vision:m)

Also, when downloading music and video to an mp3 player can it be from any source such as limewire, kazaa and so on? Last thing, has anyone ever been able to put video on the ipod picture or creative zen picture?
