which video capture for PCIe?

I am looking for a video capture (card or usb) that is compatible with PCIexpress. I read a couple of reviews that said, they got the unit installed, but did Not work for it was not compatible with PCIe.I want to transfer VHS to DVD, & transfer my echostar DVR(dish network dvr) to DVD's.

You can just get a pci tuner card. Cheaper than pci-express. But if you want pci-express, suggest all-in wonder X600xt or x800xt. There will supposedly be a x800xl aiw, but not yet released.
