Which Video Call app/service has the best video quality?

It seems today even if u have good internet connection video calls have low quality.

Not my experience.

The video quality goes up and down according to how good the connection is. On our lan we can make a video call at a blazing 1080p at about 30 frames a second. It drops to potato quality on DSL.

New software

Ahah, we have powerful mobile phones but quality of sound and voice is so bad in the cellular nets. We haven't 20Gz-20kHz yet. It seems, we will wait so many time excellent video messenger.
