Which Verizon Phone to choose????

Jan 14, 2006 11:57AM PST

I joined verizon about a week ago, and I've been using the lg5200. Not a good idea. I get a feed back noise, earpiece quality sux if you're outdoors, pic is okay but I've seen better. I'm definatley taking it back but I have some questions on which phone to go with.

1. I need a phone that has GREAT RECEPTION, I like bells and whistles, but that's most important( $200 max)

2. I would like a phone that I can RECORD SONGS or anything into my VOICE MEMO, and use it as a ringtone. ( I was able to do that with my lg slider phone from Sprint)

I've been considering the MOTOROLA e815, the LG6100, and the AUDIOVOX CDM 8910.
I won't be using the internet on the phone, I have all that entertainment at home, but still I'm the type to want my phone to have the feature, although it is unneccessary.

I need a GOOD Speaker, RECEPTION, and a nice Camera for a cellphone.
I got the vg8100 for my mum, and I don't want the same phone as her.
PLEASE HELP I have to return it soon! thank you

Thogh I Don't Like Moto's, The Moto 815 Is Your Best Bet

....For pure call clarity.

I hate their screens, menu systems and pretty much everything else, but they are RF champs.

The 6100 is a very nice phone but falls short of the Moto for pure call handling. Everything else about it is better though, at least in my opinion.

Don't even think of the Samsung 950. Reception is about the worst of any phone ever made!
