Question

Which Tablet Has Ethernet??

by rk1777 / July 8, 2016 3:55 PM PDT

Hi!

Could you tell me Which Tablet Has Ethernet?

On an iPad it does not work well. I want it to have the legit option.

Huawei Matebook has it - in the official matedock adapter. BUT, is really expensive. It only needs to do basics.

Do you Know?? Please let me know!

For now no company make tablets or smartphones with ethernet port built-in. I used the usual USB to Ethernet and can't say that it's any worse or better than the WiFi connection.

Because the office has so many I can't write about just one.

How about this one. It's the Asus T100. It canuse the usual USB to Ethernet.

Wow, you are great. This helps.

I would have not come up with that. Does the keyboard need to be attached for ethernet?

Other suggestions?

Kindly, Rk

I don't have a micro usb to such adapter so I have the keyboard base on when I used the USB to Ethernet because the base has the normal sized USB.

What other device would be good?

I'd use a WAP.

For Ethernet only I could carry a WAP. There are portable ones but at this point I think you have to keep searching for this. The market direction is to wireless for tablets.

I didn't check out the Surface Pro ports.
