Which subwoofer is better?

I am looking to add on another subwoofer to my home theater and im deciding between the

-Outlaw Audio LFM-1
-Polk Audio PSW111
and the Paradigm DSP-3400

Which one do you guys think seems to give you the most satisfying bass for the value?

I'd probably pick the Outlaw, but it's DC'd. what's the budget?
Does DIY scare you? If not, this should annihilate all three of those combined.
