All are fine. But it's common to use #0. And you might need to tell the BIOS which one it is if there's more than 1 bootable disk connected.
Check the user manual.

As Kees says

Any of the ports are fine but if the drive is the boot drive, then port 0 is preferred and it is located closest to the Chassis Fan Connector (CHA_FAN1) and USB 2.0 Header (USB6_7, Blue)
BTW: that motherboard does not have 6GB ports, it has 6 x SATA2 3.0 Gb/s connectors
