As already explained, SAR is a function of the electric field and which in turn would be dynamic since it depends on the device,it's config and usage.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has capped SAR limit to 1.6 W/kg in 1g of tissue.

There are thousands of discussions about this so not to upset you but maybe you should use the wired headphone and mic?

Remember, it's all in the prior discussions, it's your choice at the end of the day plus you can find any answer you want. That is, you will find folk screaming it gave them cancer and others that quote studies to the contrary.
