you don't want an "all-in-one" but a dedicated photo quality printer that uses special paper and ink for highest quality. Do invest in a decent camera, if you don't have one. While I can't recommend a specific printer, HP and Epson and Canon all make excellent products but you're going to be disappointed with an printer/scanner/copier combination. The best of these in your price range may do all functions OK but none will be excellent. Just my opinion.

not expensive cartridges
we have three month old twins, hence the need for photo print quality...
whats the best we van get with these features do you think and from where??
