Which Pre-paid Cell Is Best?

Apr 27, 2005 11:54AM PDT

I need a cellphone, but I don't want a plan. Which of all of the pre-paid Cell phones is Best. I am leaning towards T-Mobile. What is your opinion?

Where are you located? Coverage can vary depending on where you are. Each provider has its good areas and bad areas of coverage.

The Little Known Deals are best

You ask if T-mobile has the best offer on prepaid wireless - and they do once you cross a certain spend threshold and become a gold member.

But, I discovered a little known provider, Liberty Wireless (www.libertywireless.com), who is selling pretty cool handsets that are free after rebate and a prepaid rate plan with 1000 minutes for only $45. And, while you might not have heard about Liberty, you certainly have heard of Sprint - their whole service runs over the Sprint network.

How do you contact Liberty Wireless? Are they available in stores or only online?
