What is "ers"?

But what's best varies with each user. Many users use Facebook for their "website" as it requires no knowledge of getting a web domain or setting up anything at all. So by default I think that wins the question for "popular."

but I use WordPress for small to mid-sized websites, and Laravel for building web applications.
