Which photo software to use???

My computer has HP Photo & Imaging, Picture Perfect, Adobe Photo Album Starter Edition 3.0 and I know I don't need all of these. Which is one the best to use? I want to be able to download my pictures to other forums I belong too and also want to learn how to print my own pictures after I have downloaded them from my camera.

I know that when I download now the pictures are going to all of three of these as well as to the My Pictures on my computer. I do know that with My Pictures you can't removed red-eye and do the other things that the ones above will do.

I would appreciate any suggestions and thoughts as to which one of these would be the best to use.
