When comparing PDA/phone combos, with a built-in camera, you'll find that Palm has the best deal. Luckily you now have a choice between the Treo 650 (running Palm OS 5.4) and the Treo 700w (running Windows Mobile 5.0), which are almost identical, right down to the 312MHz processor. However, the 700w has four times the storage capacity (128MB vs 32MB), but a lower quality screen. Price-wise, the 650 is $299 while the 700w, just released, is $399. All you have to do is decide which Palm to buy.
