Which One?Iphone 4 16GB (149.00) Vs. Iphone 4s 16BG (199.00)

Everyone in the family is due for a phone upgrade. I was going to wait for the holiday to see if Verizon has any good deals. My daughter (15) has been bugging me for the last month to upgrade and she had some of her own money to buy a phone. We went to Verizon today and they had the iphone 4s for 199.00 and iphone 4 w/ 8gb 99.00 and iphone 4 w/ 16gb 149.00. The only one they had in stock was the iphone 4 w/ 16 gb. Of course, that's the one my daughter wanted. Did we make a mistake? For 50.00 extra she could have had the 4S with faster speed, better camera and more features. I thought Verizon would let you return a phone within so many days. Should she keep it or spend 50 more for the iphone 4s?

And you pretty much listed the reasons. Faster, better cameras, Siri, and only $50 difference. I recently upgraded to the 4S from the 4, and I don't think any of those features is insignificant. If she is a gamer, there are some games that have extra features that are 4S only. Not having a 4S when she had that option will eventually become a source of frustration... at least it would for me.

Pay the extra and get iphone 4s. It's so much better, totally value 50.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
