I have been a cingular customer since September 1994 when it was Bellsouth for the last 1 1/2 there customer service has gone down hill. Since the merge was with AT&T. I had the same problem on 2 different times the first time it took cingular 3 months to correct the 2nd time it took cingular 2 1/2 months. I have e-mailed the office of the President of cingular from cingular web site it stated I would get a reply in 48 hours I received a reply in about a month. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SWITCHIBNG OF SWITCHING TO VERIZON. GO WITH VERIZON. CINGULAR CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW. GOOD
People been telling me that Cingular was a great company that has great signal all over the world.And the same thing about verizon. So which one better.
